A quiet countryside escape
friendly gentleman super clean room quiet location comfortable beds
The gentleman at check-in was friendly and efficient upon our late arrival. The room i stayed in was clean. The location proved quiet, set in a nice rural area. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay.
The hotel didn't accept american express, which posed a slight issue during payment.

cashless policy staff communication
i was a little disappointed that the hotel didn't specify its cashless policy on the website. i only discovered it upon arrival which was inconvenient. also, the staff didn't respond to my emails after my stay i expected better communication regarding a query i had.

amazing staff ample space dog friendly location
The front desk staff were amazing. They swiftly handled my check-in. my room had ample space and a pleasing atmosphere. finding a dog-friendly place that maintains this standard is rare and greatly appreciated.
my room lacked detailed information about the hotel's amenities, and i could not find the wifi password easily

The receptionist was very helpful! the staff were amazing. They were very polite and eager to assist. my ground floor room request was accommodated quickly upon arrival. the dining experience was top tier, and the team was attentive.
i found the tea cups in my room had not been cleaned, a slight oversight.

a solid stay
ground floor attentive team delicious food lovely environment
The team moved me to a ground floor room quickly when i asked. It helped a lot with my partner's walking difficulties. the dining service seemed first-rate, and the staff were attentive, but not intrusive. the food was delicious, and the environment felt lovely. the hotel is well-located near nice walks and cities.
the plumbing made noises when water ran and it continued for hours, so consider your timing!

Quiet Stay with Countryside Views
safe lock comfortable bed panoramic doors
My room included a safe lock inside the wardrobe, a fridge, air conditioning, and a sofa. The bed was quite comfortable. I slept well each night. French panoramic sliding doors offered views toward the fields, and I enjoyed the birds singing when I opened them.

The hotel has a location close to Warwick Castle, Leamington and Kenilworth. The venue is located in the most fine location of Warwickshire. It is an excellent and quite area, near a little-trafficked country road.

The original building where the pub and restaurant are located dates back to the 16th century coach house. It has been tastefully decorated. A great menu is available, which includes ribeye steaks and the Phantom bacon cheeseburger made by George the chef.

The staff are cute. They were pretty good too provide a friendly experience. They were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel offers excellent Wi-Fi service. It is reliable and fast. Rooms are very clean, and some have superb views over the Warwickshire countryside. The hotel is pet friendly, a bonus for travellers with animals.
