The gentleman at check-in was friendly and efficient upon our late arrival. The room i stayed in was clean. The location proved quiet, set in a nice rural area. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay.

The hotel didn't accept american express, which posed a slight issue during payment.

i was a little disappointed that the hotel didn't specify its cashless policy on the website. i only discovered it upon arrival which was inconvenient. also, the staff didn't respond to my emails after my stay i expected better communication regarding a query i had.

The team moved me to a ground floor room quickly when i asked. It helped a lot with my partner's walking difficulties. the dining service seemed first-rate, and the staff were attentive, but not intrusive. the food was delicious, and the environment felt lovely. the hotel is well-located near nice walks and cities.

the plumbing made noises when water ran and it continued for hours, so consider your timing!

My room included a safe lock inside the wardrobe, a fridge, air conditioning, and a sofa. The bed was quite comfortable. I slept well each night. French panoramic sliding doors offered views toward the fields, and I enjoyed the birds singing when I opened them.

The staff are exceptionally welcoming; they went above and beyond to provide a friendly experience. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff at reception re-booked a room with a double bed. They were very helpful and friendly.
